Not sure what to make of this story yet, and I am eager to get more details but it seems that a frustrated cyclist down under, took matters (in this case, car keys) into his own hands. Cyclist stole car keys from motorist and rode off after verbal altercation at Daw Park
A ROAD rage incident involving a cyclist and motorist has left a driver stranded after the cyclist allegedly reached into the car and stole the keys.
At 12.15pm on Tuesday, November 26, the motorist was driving along Winston Ave at Daw Park when a verbal altercation occurred with a cyclist riding along the road.
The cyclist followed the driver to Crozier Tce where the cyclist got off his bike and approached the driver.
Fearing what the cyclist might do, the driver took photographs of the cyclist as he approached the car.
The cyclist shouted at the driver before allegedly reaching into the car and taking the keys. The cyclist rode away leaving the driver stranded.

I’m a Law Enforcement Officer. That’s a good way to get your head blown off in Florida. Nobody knows what the Car driver did before this happened but the Cyclist committed Grand Theft and Assault by reaching into the vehicle. Words are a lot different than actions. If you have a problem with a cyclist or car driver try to video it and call the police if necessary. This is the absolute worst way to handle the problem. The cyclist is very lucky to not be injured or dead.
Hey Robert, impossible to argue with your logic on this one. This story is best enjoyed as a fantasy…not a smart move at all in reality. How’s Florida doing with creating a good environment for cyclists and drivers to co-exist. Any suggestions from the road that you could pass on. Pedal on!
