Join three hard core cyclists from Asheville, North Carolina on a hard-charging training ride up the gorgeous Blue Ridge Parkway, finishing with a 20 minute climb to the top of Mt. Mitchell. The highest point in the East at over 6,500 feet, Mt. Mitchell is the finish point of the infamous Assault on Mt. Mitchell road race, rated as one of the ten toughest single day rides in the USA!
This is a challenging 75 minute workout with over 5,000 feet of vertical climbing plus some great downhills. It also features a downloadable Training Guide by North Carolina native, bike racer and indoor cycling instructor, Mark Peterson, PLUS a new countdown-by-segment timer, AND an exciting Alt Rock music track with some really excellent tunes!
And for those choosing downloads, each purchase gets you two versions of this ride: one with the epic digital dashboard of ride data and a “clean” version with no digital dashboard.
Includes our new “Just the Ride” menu option which gives indoor trainers, coaches and instructors a choice of 60 minute and 45 minute versions of the ride to fit their training or class requirements (DVD only).
